Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have advanced or metastatic liver cancer (HCC) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. Other cancers with a specific protein called GPC3 may also be considered in certain study parts.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You must be in generally good health (fully active or able to do light work).
- Your liver function must be well-preserved (Child-Pugh Class A).
- You cannot have untreated brain metastases, active infections, or a history of liver transplant.
