- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- Your weight is between 99 and 198 pounds (45 to 90 kg) and your BMI (a measure of body fat) is between 19 and 28.
- You are in general good health with no significant medical problems, including heart issues like fainting or abnormal ECG.
- You do not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, syphilis, or HIV.
- You haven't smoked more than 5 cigarettes a day or had more than about one daily drink in the past month, and you can avoid these during the study.
