Who can take part
- You must have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and have completed a previous study with HRS-1893.
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test before starting and agree to use birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
- Men with partners who can become pregnant must agree not to donate sperm and to use birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
- You must understand the study and sign a consent form to participate.
- You cannot have had coronary artery disease (blocked heart arteries over 70%) or a heart attack before.
- You cannot have had fainting or dangerous fast heart rhythms in the last 6 months.
