- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that is only in the right side of your liver and cannot be surgically removed.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh score 7 or less, meaning mild or no cirrhosis-related problems).
- You are able to take care of yourself for most daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Your bone marrow, liver, and kidneys are working well enough based on blood tests.
