Who can take part

  • You have a regular menstrual cycle (every 21–35 days) for the past year.
  • You are between 20 and 35 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 28.
  • You are not using any hormonal birth control or hormone therapy.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have given birth in the last 18 months.
  • You have no major health conditions (like metabolic, endocrine, or immune disorders) and are not on medications that affect metabolism.
