Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have chronic kidney disease (CKD) that has been present for at least 3 months, with either low kidney function (eGFR < 60) or signs of kidney damage (like protein in urine, abnormal imaging, or biopsy results).
- You do not have a life-threatening illness that limits your life expectancy to less than 2 years.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening heart rhythm issue in the last 3 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial (one that tests a new treatment).
