Who can take part
- You have chronic kidney disease (CKD), which means your kidneys are not working as well as they should.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is below 60, or you have protein in your urine (UACR above 30), lasting at least 3 months.
- Or, your doctor has diagnosed CKD in another way, such as by ultrasound or biopsy.
- You are not expected to die during your hospital stay.
- You do not have end-stage cancer.
- You can understand and sign a consent form to be in the study.
