Who can take part
- You had surgery to remove your prostate and now have a detectable PSA (≥0.2 ng/mL).
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (confirmed with scans).
- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG 0-2).
- You have not had pelvic radiation before.
- You have no active inflammatory bowel disease or other stomach issues that might worsen with radiation.
- You have not had other treatments for this recurrence (except hormone therapy within the last 6 months).
