  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are scheduled for a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery in the morning
  • You are healthy or have only mild health issues (ASA score I or II)
  • You can speak and understand Dutch
  • You have a smartphone or a caregiver with one, and are comfortable using a wearable device
  • You have a family member or friend who can stay with you for the day of surgery and the next day
