Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced lung cancer (non-small cell) or pancreatic cancer that has spread, with a KRAS G12D mutation confirmed by a recent tumor or blood test.
  • If you have lung cancer, you must have tried at least one prior treatment, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and it no longer works, unless you have a targetable gene change where available targeted therapies have failed.
  • If you have pancreatic cancer, you must have received only one prior chemotherapy for at least 5 months and it has stopped working.
  • You must be willing to have tumor and blood biopsies before, during, and after treatment.
  • You must have good overall health, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 and adequate organ function.
