Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You can understand Finnish and fill out online questionnaires
- You have been diagnosed with proximal median nerve compression (PMNC)
- If you've had carpal tunnel surgery, it was at least 6 months ago
- You do not have other nerve diseases (like multiple sclerosis), active rheumatoid arthritis, or other arm surgery in the past 6 months
