Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years.
  • You are able to do moderate to intense physical activity.
  • You do not have major bone or joint problems that limit exercise.
  • You do not have uncontrolled heart disease or muscle/skeletal issues.
  • You do not have bladder control problems during exercise and can follow study instructions.
