Who can take part

  • You are African American and age 18 or older.
  • You are the main unpaid caregiver for an adult with Alzheimer's or a similar dementia.
  • You can read and speak English, and have access to an email address.
  • You are generally healthy enough to take part in a gentle exercise program (we'll check this with a simple health survey).
  • You are not already doing the recommended amount of physical activity (like 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
