- You have an amputation above the knee
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your amputation happened at least 1 year ago
- You have been using your current prosthetic leg for at least 6 months
- You can walk with your current leg (even if you need help sometimes) and are not using a wheelchair full-time
- You weigh 350 pounds or less
