Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with aortic regurgitation (a leaky heart valve) using an ultrasound of the heart.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your heart ultrasound images must be clear enough for the AI to analyze.

AI versus sonographer for heart failure ultrasound analysis

This trial compares artificial intelligence (AI) to a trained sonographer for analyzing heart ultrasound images in people with heart failure. The goal is to see if AI can provide accurate reports faster or more consistently.

NCT07144189Recruiting
AI helps diagnose low-gradient aortic stenosis

This trial is testing whether an artificial intelligence (AI) program can better identify low-gradient aortic stenosis, a type of heart valve narrowing, by looking at your echocardiogram (heart ultrasound). It aims to help doctors diagnose this condition more accurately without any extra procedures.

NCT06580158Recruiting
AI for diagnosing heart valve and pump problems

This trial is testing how well an AI tool can help doctors diagnose aortic stenosis and diastolic dysfunction by analyzing your scheduled ECG (heart test). The study takes place during your routine care at the clinic.

NCT07438327Recruiting
AI study to improve heart and aorta CT analysis

This trial uses artificial intelligence to better analyze CT scans of the aorta, the large artery that carries blood from your heart. If your CT scan shows the aorta is partly cut off or missing in the images, the AI will help measure the parts that are fully visible.

NCT06749132Enrolling by invitation
AI-powered monitoring for mild aortic valve disease

This study uses an artificial intelligence (AI) program to analyze past heart ultrasound images and predict if your aortic valve condition (mild thickening or narrowing) may get worse over time. The goal is to catch changes early and personalize your follow-up care.

NCT05979870Enrolling by invitation
AI-enhanced heart MRI for valve disease

This study uses artificial intelligence to improve MRI scans for people with aortic or pulmonary valve disease who are scheduled for valve surgery or a non-surgical valve procedure. It aims to help doctors better assess heart function before treatment.
