Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 90 days.
- You have been taking a stable dose of metformin (at least 1000 mg per day) for at least 90 days.
- Your most recent HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) is between 7.0 and 10.5%.
- Your BMI (body mass index) is between 22 and 35.
- You do not have certain conditions like a history of pancreatitis, severe stomach surgery, or kidney problems.
