Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 19.0 and 26.0.
  • You weigh at least 45 kg (99 lbs) if female or 50 kg (110 lbs) if male.
  • You are in good general health, with vital signs, heart tests, and lab results within normal limits.
  • Your fasting blood sugar is between 3.9 and 6.1 mmol/L, and your HbA1c (a long-term blood sugar measure) is 6.0% or lower.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
