  • Weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with a healthy BMI
  • Not be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding during the study and for 2 months after your last dose
  • Not have participated in another drug trial within the past 3 months
  • Be willing to avoid smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs during the study
  • Not have had major surgery in the past 6 months or planned during the study
