- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You can do moderate arm exercise (like tennis or housework) for 15 minutes.
- You have not had a shoulder fracture, frozen shoulder, shoulder surgery, or a full rotator cuff tear.
- You have not had a corticosteroid injection in your shoulder in the last 6 weeks.
- You do not have any neurological, heart, or systemic diseases (like autoimmune or rheumatic conditions).
- You are not pregnant, and you do not have uncontrolled diabetes.
