  • You have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for more than 2 years.
  • You can speak and understand French well enough to give consent.
  • You do not have any recent or unstable health issues (in the last 3 months).
  • You do not have any other chronic illnesses like lung, heart, or cancer.
  • You do not have a viral infection right now.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding (if female).
