Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (a genetic condition causing very high cholesterol) by a doctor's criteria or genetic testing.
- Your LDL ('bad') cholesterol is at least 2.6 mmol/L (about 100 mg/dL) at screening.
- Your fasting triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood) are below 4.5 mmol/L.
- If you take cholesterol-lowering medicines, your dose has been stable for at least 4 weeks and you are not planning to change it during the study.
- Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR > 30 mL/min/1.73 m²).
