This trial tests a new investigational drug called TRI-611 for people with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. It is designed for people who have already tried other ALK-targeted medicines, especially lorlatinib, and whose cancer may have stopped responding to them.

Who can take part

  • Your lung cancer must be ALK-positive (a specific gene change).
  • The cancer must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • Your bone marrow and major organs (kidneys, liver) must be working well enough.
  • Depending on the part of the study, you must have already taken between 2 and 3 ALK-targeted pills (TKIs) – or more than 3 – and one of them must have been lorlatinib (Lorbrena) or neladalkib.
  • You cannot have a different gene change that is known to make ALK medicines stop working.
  • You must not have had major surgery in the last 4 weeks or be getting other cancer treatments now.
