Who can take part

  • Men aged 45 or older, with a life expectancy of at least 10 years.
  • Have low, intermediate, or high-risk prostate cancer (confirmed by biopsy and based on PSA, Gleason score, and stage).
  • If you have higher-risk cancer (unfavorable intermediate or high), you must be willing to have your prostate removed 1 to 6 months after the study procedure.
  • No prior treatment for prostate cancer (like surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy) and no other cancers in the past 5 years.
  • No metal implants in your urethra, no severe claustrophobia (if you need an MRI), and no active urinary infections.
