  • You live in Colorado, USA
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
  • You need less than a little help with daily activities at home
  • You have internet access
  • You have a device with a camera, like a smartphone or tablet
  • You do not have serious heart or lung problems, or recent injuries
  • You are not currently in a Parkinson's exercise class more than 3 days a week
  • You can safely do physical activity (checked with a short questionnaire)
