Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR gene change (mutation) that your doctor knows about.
- Your cancer has gotten worse while on a targeted therapy (called an EGFR-TKI), and you chose not to have chemotherapy or other treatments.
- You can have a procedure to get a small piece of your tumor (surgery, biopsy, or bronchoscopy) to make the special immune cells.
- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2), and your blood oxygen level is above 90%.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
