  • Advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation (specifically 19del or L858R)
  • Never received immunotherapy (PD-1 or PD-L1 drugs) before
  • Age 18 or older with good overall health and physical function
  • No severe lung, heart, liver, or kidney disease, and no active infections
  • Not taking immunosuppressive drugs or steroids in the past 2 weeks
  • Willing to use effective birth control if you can have children
