Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a congenital heart defect (like a hole in the heart) that has caused Eisenmenger syndrome.
- You have been on stable heart or lung medications for at least 30 days.
- You can walk more than 100 meters in 6 minutes.
- Your heart failure symptoms are class II or III (moderate limitation).
- You have not taken sotatercept or luspatercept before.
