Study of sotatercept for pulmonary hypertension with heart failure
Treatments studied
Part of Heart & circulation, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This study tests an investigational drug called sotatercept for people who have a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs that happens along with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (a stiff heart muscle). The treatment aims to improve your ability to be active and reduce symptoms, and the study will compare it to a placebo to see if it helps.

This study looks at how well the drug Sotatercept works for people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) in a real-world clinic setting. If you are already taking Sotatercept, you may be able to join.
This study tests an investigational drug (HS235) for people who have both heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and a type of pulmonary hypertension that can happen with it. The goal is to see if the drug can improve symptoms and quality of life.
This trial uses a special imaging technique (xenon MRI) to see how well the lungs are functioning in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) who are being treated with the drug sotatercept. It aims to understand if the drug improves lung function.
This study tests a new treatment called sotatercept for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where the blood vessels in the lungs are narrow, making the heart work harder. The goal is to see if this medicine can help improve symptoms and daily function.
This study tests a new medication called sotatercept for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) who are already on at least two other PAH treatments. The goal is to see if adding sotatercept can improve symptoms and exercise ability.
