  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are enrolled in an active cancer treatment trial at NIH that uses a type of immunotherapy (like CAR T-cells or bispecific antibodies) that can cause cytokine release syndrome (a severe immune reaction).
  • You have received your immunotherapy dose and are admitted to the NIH Clinical Center.
  • You can understand and sign the consent form.
  • You do not have a history of solid organ or stem cell transplant requiring ongoing immune-suppressing medicine.
  • You do not have a current active infection or condition causing repeated fevers.
