Who can take part

  • You must be between 5 and 16 years old.
  • You must have a doctor's diagnosis of asthma and use a daily controller inhaler (like an ICS or combination inhaler).
  • Your asthma should be partly controlled or not well controlled at the moment.
  • If you are 10 or older, you need to agree to take part, and your parent or guardian must sign a consent form.
  • You cannot have had a severe asthma attack in the last 2 weeks or a current lung infection.
  • You cannot have another chronic lung disease (like COPD or cystic fibrosis) or very severe asthma.
