Who can take part
- You must have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a specific gene change called EGFR mutation.
- You should be either off all cancer treatment or on a stable treatment that hasn't been changed recently.
- At least one area of cancer must show up on a special PET scan (called FDG-PET) that you had during the screening process.
- You must be able to provide a sample of your tumor tissue for laboratory analysis.
- You must be in good enough physical condition to have a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities without help or with only minor limitations).
- You cannot have had a heart attack or uncontrolled heart failure in the last 6 months, and you must not require frequent drainage of fluid from your chest or belly.
