Immune Cell Therapy for H3K27M-Positive Brain Tumors

Who can take part

  • You have a type of brain tumor called diffuse midline glioma or DIPG that has come back or is not responding to treatment.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called H3K27M.
  • You are between 2 and 70 years old.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score 60 or higher).
  • You have not had a certain type of chemotherapy wafer (Gliadel) within the last month, and you are not currently taking antibody therapies.
  • You do not have HIV, active tuberculosis, or an autoimmune disease that needs long-term steroids.
