Comparing two therapies for advanced liver cancer after first treatment fails

Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be surgically removed.
  • Your cancer has continued to grow after at least 2 cycles of a first treatment with bevacizumab and sintilimab.
  • You then received at least 2 cycles of a second treatment, either continuing bevacizumab/sintilimab or switching to lenvatinib or regorafenib with a PD-1 inhibitor.
  • Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh class A or B) and you are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain safe limits (e.g., hemoglobin ≥8.5, platelets ≥75,000, bilirubin ≤30).
  • You are 18 to 75 years old and can give written consent to participate.
