Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have one of these conditions: systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, or certain muscle inflammation disorders.
  • Your disease must still be active despite trying other treatments.
  • You must have adequate organ function, such as normal blood counts and kidney function.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control for one year after treatment.
  • You cannot have had certain prior treatments like CAR-T therapy or certain biologics recently.
