- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following: systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, or myositis (dermatomyositis or polymyositis).
- Your disease is active and has not responded well enough to standard treatments.
- You have adequate organ function, including bone marrow, kidney, liver, lung, and heart function.
