Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your autoimmune disease (like lupus, Sjögren's, or rheumatoid arthritis) has been active or come back despite trying several standard treatments.
  • Your major organs (such as bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) are working well enough.
  • If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 12 months after treatment.
  • You do not have an active infection, serious allergic history, or certain other medical conditions like recent cancer or uncontrolled heart disease.
