Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old and weigh at least 88 pounds.
  • You should have a type of autoimmune disease like lupus, scleroderma, or others listed in the trial, and standard treatments aren't working well enough.
  • You must be on a stable dose of certain medications like steroids or immune suppressants before joining.
  • You cannot have other serious medical conditions like severe infections, recent heart problems, or certain cancers.
  • Women who can become pregnant must use birth control and not be breastfeeding.
