  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a ROTEM blood-clotting test done as part of your regular care.
  • The test results include both the graph and the numbers on the report.
  • The ROTEM test was done during surgery, after an injury, or while you were critically ill.
  • The ROTEM test was not done using the HEPTEM channel (a special test for heparin).
  • The test results are complete and reliable.
