Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with CPPD, gout, or osteoarthritis. (Each group has specific criteria.)
- You are willing and able to give informed consent.
- If you have gout or CPPD, you must not have other inflammatory joint diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
- If you have osteoarthritis, you must have uric acid below 6 mg/dL and no crystal deposits on ultrasound.
