Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are in good general health with no major medical conditions.
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male, or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, and your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control and avoid donating sperm or eggs for 3 months after the last dose.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications (except birth control or acetaminophen) within 2 weeks before the study starts.
  • You have not participated in any other clinical trial or received any biologic drug within the past 30 days to 6 months, depending on the drug.
