  • Be between 18 and 65 years old, and weigh 50 to 110 kg
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 30.0
  • Be able to use the required birth control (if you could become pregnant) or follow sperm-donation rules
  • Be in good overall health based on exams, blood/urine tests, ECG (heart tracing), and vital signs
  • Stop certain medicines and supplements ahead of time (birth control is allowed; some pain medicine may be allowed)
  • Avoid alcohol and certain foods/drinks for set time windows before each visit
