Nerve retraining for neck and arm pain
Part of Brain & nervous system clinical trials.
This trial tests if special exercises that retrain your nerves can reduce neck and arm pain and improve movement. It is for people who have had pain for at least 3 months and meet specific physical exam findings.

This study tests two types of stretching to see which one works better for neck pain that spreads into the arm. If you have had this pain for more than a month, this trial might help find a way to move better and feel less pain.
This trial tests a program of assessment and rehabilitation (including physical exercise and possibly a nutraceutical supplement) for people with chronic cervical radiculopathy — a pinched nerve in the neck causing pain, numbness, or weakness in the arm. It may help reduce pain and improve function without surgery.
This study tests whether a type of hands-on physical therapy (manual therapy) can help reduce neck and arm pain. It looks at how your body senses touch and pressure to see if that predicts how well you respond.
This study tests if combining laser guidance with neck exercises helps people with cervical radiculopathy (nerve pain in the neck that travels to the arm) improve their neck control and reduce pain. It may be a good fit if you have moderate neck-related arm pain.
This study tests whether combining gentle exercises with specific neck joint movements can reduce pain and improve movement in people whose neck pain spreads into their arm. It's for people with a condition called cervicobrachial neuralgia (nerve-related neck and arm pain).
This trial tests a specific neck movement retraining program to improve joint awareness and daily function in people with chronic cervical radiculopathy (nerve irritation in the neck). It may help if you have had neck pain that goes into your arm for at least 3 months.
