Assessment and rehabilitation for chronic pinched nerve in the neck
Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Brain & nervous system clinical trials.
This trial tests a program of assessment and rehabilitation (including physical exercise and possibly a nutraceutical supplement) for people with chronic cervical radiculopathy — a pinched nerve in the neck causing pain, numbness, or weakness in the arm. It may help reduce pain and improve function without surgery.

This trial tests if special exercises that retrain your nerves can reduce neck and arm pain and improve movement. It is for people who have had pain for at least 3 months and meet specific physical exam findings.
This trial compares two doses of a procedure called pulsed radiofrequency, which uses energy to calm the nerve root in the neck that is causing pain that travels down the arm. It may help if you have had this type of pain for at least 3 months and standard treatments haven't worked.
This trial tests whether acupuncture can reduce arm pain or numbness caused by cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck). It is for people with one-sided arm symptoms that have lasted at least 6 weeks and cause moderate to severe discomfort.
This trial tests a specific neck movement retraining program to improve joint awareness and daily function in people with chronic cervical radiculopathy (nerve irritation in the neck). It may help if you have had neck pain that goes into your arm for at least 3 months.
This trial studies recovery and function after surgery to relieve a pinched nerve in the neck (posterior cervical decompression). It may help people with ongoing arm pain learn which rehab approach improves daily function.
This study tests whether a combination of neck exercises and nerve gliding (gentle movements to help the nerve move freely) can reduce arm pain and other symptoms from a pinched nerve in the neck. If you have this condition and haven't had recent treatment or surgery, you may be eligible.
