This study tests whether personalized adjuvant therapy, guided by ctDNA levels in your blood, can reduce the risk of cancer returning after surgery for stage III or IVA stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. Who can take part

  • You have stage III or IVA stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not spread to other organs.
  • Your cancer is HER2-negative and you have not had any previous treatment for it.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in reasonably good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within normal ranges.
  • You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years (except for some skin or early stage cancers).
