Who can take part

  • You have had bypass surgery (a planned surgery to fix heart blood flow).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can see, hear, and speak well enough to understand instructions and describe your pain.
  • You are not allergic to menthol or paraffin oil (ingredients in the massage product).
  • You don't have a mood disorder (like depression or bipolar) or take medication for it.
