CD19/CD20 CAR/TRuC-T cells for lymphoma that returned or didn't respond

Relapsed/Refractory B-cell Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy that targets two markers (CD19 and CD20) on your lymphoma cells. It is for people whose lymphoma came back or didn't respond to previous treatments, including CD19 CAR-T therapy.

  • Your tumor cells have the CD20 marker and you either didn't respond to CD19 CAR-T therapy or your tumor has low CD19.
  • You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
