Brain scan and memory testing after bleeding from a brain aneurysm

This trial uses brain MRI scans and memory/brain-function tests in people who are recovering from a specific type of brain bleed (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage). It aims to understand how the brain’s memory area changes after the event and how that may relate to memory function during rehabilitation.

Study for poor-grade brain bleed from a ruptured aneurysm

This trial is enrolling people who come to the emergency room with a serious brain bleed caused by a ruptured brain aneurysm. It aims to test care strategies for patients with poor-grade injuries, who may have worse outcomes than typical cases.

Remote ischemic conditioning after aneurysm surgery

This trial tests a safe, non-invasive treatment called remote ischemic conditioning (using a blood pressure cuff on your leg) to see if it helps brain recovery after aneurysm surgery. It might reduce secondary damage and improve outcomes.
