Same-day awake mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction

Breast CancerMastectomyPrepectoral Breast ReconstructionERAS Programmes

Part of Cancer, Pain, Skin clinical trials.

This study tests whether people can have a mastectomy while awake (using numbing medicine instead of general anesthesia) and go home the same day with immediate breast reconstruction. It may be an option if you're healthy enough and have support at home.

Robotic Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy with Immediate Reconstruction

This study tests a robotic technique for nipple-sparing mastectomy (removing breast tissue but keeping the nipple) with immediate reconstruction. It may be a good option if you need a mastectomy and want to preserve your nipple, have no signs of cancer there, and have a smaller breast size.

Robotic Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy and Implant Reconstruction Study

This study looks at how women feel after having a nipple-sparing mastectomy (where the nipple is kept) and immediate breast reconstruction with an implant, using a robotic single-port technique. It aims to see if this approach improves well-being and patient satisfaction.

Sensation after nipple-sparing mastectomy with implant

Single-port robot-assisted breast reconstruction for breast cancer

This trial tests a single-port robotic procedure to remove breast tissue while preserving the nipple and areola, followed by immediate reconstruction with a breast implant. It may be an option for patients who want mastectomy with reconstruction instead of breast-conserving surgery.

Endoscopic Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy with Fat Grafting for Breast Reconstruction

This trial tests a new way to remove the breast through a small cut in the armpit (endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy) and immediately rebuild the breast using your own fat. It's for women with early-stage breast cancer who want to keep their nipple and have reconstruction at the same time.
