Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years
- Diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma (stomach cancer) confirmed by biopsy
- High blood pressure (systolic ≥140 or diastolic ≥90 mmHg) that your doctor wants to treat with a beta-blocker
- Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1: able to do normal activities or mostly able)
- Your doctor believes you need immunotherapy before surgery to remove your stomach cancer
- No other serious medical conditions that would prevent safe use of beta-blockers
