  • You are a man age 70 or older
  • You live independently at home or in supported housing
  • You can walk (with or without a cane or walker)
  • You have low testosterone levels confirmed by two blood tests
  • You show signs of weakness or frailty, such as slow walking speed or difficulty standing from a chair
  • You do not have prostate cancer, serious heart disease, liver or kidney problems, or certain other medical conditions
