This study tests whether human stem cells, combined with your existing Alzheimer's medication (Leqembi or Kisunla), can help slow memory loss and improve daily functioning in people with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's. You would receive a stem cell infusion as an add-on to your current treatment.

  • Age 55–90 years old
  • Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's dementia
  • Already taking Leqembi (lecanemab) or Kisunla (donanemab) for at least 6 months before the study infusion
  • Able to give informed consent on your own
  • Have a family member or close friend who can answer questions about your daily activities throughout the study
  • Willing to undergo a stem cell infusion procedure
